Hey! I’m Katy. I help savvy singles and young families accomplish their real estate goals so they can focus on the important things: building a life worth living. In 2018 I left corporate marketing, and I dove into reality head first. I had no idea the hidden costs of buying a house, how often to change an air filter, or what a sewer lateral was. I surrounded myself with real estate experts and industry partners. Through this community I continue to learn and evolve with the ever changing real estate market. I quickly learned buying homes can be fun, and a great investment in your future wealth.
So, The Go-To Girl To Get Things Done - that’s me. I grew up being taught there is no point in half-assing anything in life. So here I am.
